Monster Cookie Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter1/3 Cup Raw Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Old Fashion Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Mini M&Ms (or mini chocolate chips) <--- you could also do raisins or chopped nuts.
1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
You can play around with the bottom ingredients!! Throw in different things!
Directions:
1. Mix all of these yummy ingredients together & chill for 30 minutes! Roll into 14 balls.
**Portion control container equivalent**
2 Balls = 1 Yellow & 2 TSP
