One-Handed Snacks for New Mommas



I know you've got your hands full with that little bundle of joy!  Here are some healthy, Belly & Boobie friendly snacks to reach for when hungry strikes!

 1 Piece of Whole Wheat Toast topped with a slice of tomato and a tbsp of crumbled feta (140 calories)

 An apple, cut in half, scoop out the core and add a tsp of Peanut Butter to the middle of each (140 calories)

 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese with 1 cup of Fruit (160 calories)

 1 Cup Grapes with 3/4 Cup of Vanilla Yogurt (200 calories)

 8 baby carrots with 1/3 cup hummus (200 calories)

 2 hard-boiled eggs topped with himalayan salt & pepper (150 calories)

 1/4 cup granola in 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (200 calories)

 1/2 cucumber, sliced and topped with himalayan salt & chili spice (100 calories) Add 2 tbsp dressing (50 calories)

 4 Slices low sodium deli turkey rolled up with 2 tbsp hummus and sliced peppers in the middle (200 calories)

 1/2 Banana rolled up in 1/2 Whole Wheat pita with 2 tsp Peanut Butter (270 Calories)

 Shakeology in a shaker cup
