2 Years ago you sat on your bedroom floor crying, taking the last $20 bill out of your bible you put in there when you were a little girl on your birthday to pay for groceries. You were scared, broken, broke, unhappy, defeated. You felt like, at 23 years old, that your life was crumbling before your eyes before had even started.

You could have given up, given in, accepted this as your life. You could have stayed tired, overweight, and bitter. But you didn't. Instead, you told yourself one thing "THIS IS NOT HOW THIS STORY WILL END KC! You, my friend, are FIGHTER. You NEVER GIVE UP" You looked at that BEAUTIFUL creation God gave you and KNEW that SHE deserved better than what you were offering. THIS was not the time to give up, she needs you to FIGHT!

You took control of the last thing in your life you still had control over...YOUR HEALTH. Struggling with body image your whole life needed to stop. The self sabotage needed to STOP before you pass this garbage onto her. You need to show her what it feels like to LOVE yourself.

You started eating right, you started working out, you stopped smoking, you stopped partying. You turned your toxic, chaotic life into something beautiful. You lost 40 pounds and felt beautiful inside and out...PROUD of yourself. You became a happier momma, a role model.

You shared your story with the world...God know if I struggled this bad for so long, there MUST be other mommas out there fighting their own battle. Your friends and family started to see the change. For the first time in a REALLY long time, you KNEW people were proud of you.

2 weeks ago you turned 26. You have accomplished things in the past 2 years people DREAM of doing in a lifetime. You are in THE BEST shape of your life, became a TOP Canadian coach, you are in the top 20 of a multi billion dollar company, you are a 2014 ELITE coach, you have an AMAZING team of over 300 beautiful and POWERFUL women. This year, you will take the stage to talk in front of THOUSANDS of people who have the same vision as you. People know your name because of the BLOOD, SWEAT, and TEARS you poured into something you were ready to make a stand for. YOU FOUND YOUR PASSION IN LIFE.

KC...you changed your life....you SAVED your life. Then you went on to change the lives of tens of THOUSANDS of people. Dreaming BIG isn't as scary as it was 2 years ago. When you say you are going to save 10 million lives before you breathe your last breath, that dream isn't so scary.

YOU, my friend, CAN DO ANYTHING! Life gets hard, God sends you trials and will send you MANY MANY more...YOU GOT THIS! Breathe deep, find courage, trust the process...NEVER GIVE UP. You have proven yourself STRONGER than you ever thought possible....NOW GO GET this thing called LIFE heart emoticon
